Famous tipster Smart Pikachu has told on Weibo that a periscope camera can be found in Xiaomi 16. This great feature is also going to be available in the small screen model of Xiaomi 16 series, i.e. vanilla variant. In the last Xiaomi 15 series, the periscope camera was only given in the Pro model. Xiaomi 15 Pro had a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, which provides 5X optical zoom. At the same time, Xiaomi 15 has a 50MP camera with 3X optical zoom, but it is not a periscope camera.
